JDM Store will replace any defective product if returned within 60 days of
purchase.
Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order? If there is any problem with your order, you may either contact us via e-mail: customerservice@jdmstore.org or telephone: 985-764-2000.
How long must I wait before I get my order? Your order is normally processed the following business day. It is then shipped via parcel post. While the postal service does not provide a guaranteed delivery date, you should typically get your order within 10-14 days.
Is this site secure? Is it safe to give credit card information? Yes. The JDM Store accepts your personal order information at check out via Secure Socket Layer and that data is kept on a secure server.
Is there a quicker way to receive my shipment? All Internet orders are shipped via parcel post, so you should receive it within 10-14 days after placing the order. If you wish to have your order shipped overnight via UPS, you must place your order over the telephone by calling 985-764-2000.
Do you take C.O.D orders? No. All on-line Internet orders must be paid in advance with a credit card before the order is processed.
How do I cancel an order? All on-line orders are processed by the next business day and usually shipped that same day. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel the order for you.
Can I have a product gift-wrapped and sent to a friend? We do not provide gift-wrapping services for product orders. You can ship a purchase to someone else's address and specify a message to be included with the invoice that accompanies the shipment. Tell us your message in the "Shipping Instructions" field during the check out procedure (right before submitting your order on-line).
How do I know you have received my on-line order? You will receive an e-mail confirmation outlining the items you have purchased shortly after submitting your order.
Is there a minimum order requirement? No, there is no minimum size order. Do note that your shipping/handling cost is a flat rate based upon the destination, regardless of size.
Can a ministry or bookstore use this site for orders? No. For large volume orders, you need to call our office at 985-764-2000.
